monday: lunchtime yoga
tuesday: judo - passed sankyu test. pushing/controlling drills. turnovers (I never caught which side I was supposed to roll to.. right/left is so complicated) naiwaza, randori. uchi mata trick where you come in more to the side. less vulnerable, but too far over to turn into harai if you miss.
wednesday: lunchtime yoga
