judo classes 208 and 209
monday: 116 pushups: 40,40,36
tuesday: judo - went over the brown belt test. gonna try to test in 2 weeks. need to learn 2 new hold downs first.
thursday: judo - naiwaza drills, went over the holddowns for the sankyu test - not at all what we thought they were tues. :(
friday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 2 - no knee trouble!
