sunday: 6 rounds of just dance - N even joined in for a few. extra fun!
monday: 108 pushups: 40,40,28. gonna make it to 3 sets of 40 one day.
wednesday: 112 pushups: 40,40,32
thursday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 2. getting kinda worried about my knee. judo - joshi judo with D. very similar turnover to the one from JL a few weeks ago. some hardcore naiwaza (and I’m better at it than I thought I was.) randori - I need to spend more time getting banged on by black belts.
friday: 4 songs on just dance
saturday: 5 songs on just dance.
