judo classes 205 and 206
tuesday: judo - 2 line uchikomis, pair up and work on your favorite throw. I did uchi mata and o uchi - wisdom acquired: uchi mata depends on getting your hip into their gut, gotta be pretty close. pulling the jacket all the way over the shoulder really helps with o uchi. a little out of breath, but not too bad. last of the crappy faux protein drinks. eh randori.
thursday: judo - complicated turnovers/pins that I don’t think I can describe that well. but class went pretty good, and I managed to use both the complicated turnover and the super simple one from last week in naiwaza. oh, protein shake around 5. I am now officially a believer in protein shakes around 5 for not dying during judo.
saturday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 3
