judo classes 203 and 204
tuesday: o uchi gari - but from weirdo extreme opposing grips stance. the general idea of taking a step to move them around first was good though. randori went poorly. easily out of breath, but not totally useless.
thursday: legpowered turnovers. 1. from the side, lean your upper chest into them and shove shove shove with the legs. 2. If they flatten out, lay on their back, pull one knee toward you and shove your leg under that leg, tucking your toes under their far leg. sit up so that you’re sitting on their hips and they are half turned. then lean into their neck/shoulder blade with your far arm, tucking the other arm under their bent elbow and locking it in, either by holding onto your own wrists or your gi. pull your weight up past their head to turn them over. naiwaza went ok. no health issues during class, had protein shake at 5.
friday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 3
