judo classes 198 and 199
tuesday: judo canceled due to cold and snow. 35 min elliptical, level 3 (plus of course, snow shoveling.)
thursday: judo. got to work on my osoto-uchi mata combo. seems promising. add tsa sai at the beginning and an extra osoto at the end for extra umph. we did some randori. I did ok with lightheadedness, but was out of breath a lot and both calves cramped from too much uchi mata.
saturday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 3, doing a 30 seconds fast as I can, 1 min normal rotation until the cooldown. judo: ko soto drill - throw with just your foot sweep as a person walks by. naiwaza, randori. protein shake 90 min ahead of time, stayed down ok. a little out of breath, but not bad - but since it was a small room with a lot of kids, it was pretty low key anyway.
