judo classes 196 and 197
tuesday: judo - a little instruction on combos, a ko soto to tai o, then an o uchi to uchi mata ( I like this one. ) then some randori. had to sit out at least twice, and took it easy between rounds of randori. Had a really hard time staying upright, didn’t really feel like overheating, quick to get to nausea.
wednesday: lunchtime yoga. yay for restorative week.
thursday: small class, consisting almost entirely of people I don’t want to work with. happily, M offered to work with me on my kata, so we did that instead.
