boring things I want to remember

sunday: elliptical, level 3, 35 minutes

monday: lunchtime yoga

tuesday: judo - “easy night” ko uchi, and then ko uchi to psa psi. a little randori. ko uchi is really a side footsweep, you turn your back foot and then you can put your hips into it. I’m going to start tracking my weird medical-ness: Had to sit out right in the beginning of warmup uchikomis. seemed to be overheating, some nausea, some dizziness. got my breath, cooled down, put up my hair and made it through the rest of practice. Thing I did differently - weird little protein drink at about 5. compared to “normal” protein drinks, think maybe it is not much protein.
