tuesday: judo: changed warmups to split up the kids and adults. two lines, naiwaza drills, randori, trick to pull elbow of grip.

thursday: judo: drills for what to do when you get someone on one knee. naiwaza.

saturday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 3
