boring things I want to remember

judo class 179

sunday: 35 minutes elliptical. level 2

thursday: 35 minutes elliptical, level 2. judo: three different throws starting with removing their grip and pulling them forward: koshi garuma, harai ogoshi (worked well!) tai o tochi (not BAD, but I have a harder time getting the rotation going) then some randori. good times. neck is STILL stiff.
