boring things I want to remember

judo class 178

sunday: 35 minutes elliptical

wednesday: 35 minutes elliptical, lunchtime yoga

thursday: judo - crash pad, uchikomi combos, randori, matwork trick to remove a locked leg - sit out to the side, butt on the matt. naiwaza.

saturday: worked scoreboard at buddhist temple tournament. Learned a LOT about how the judges and ref interact and how hard it is to tell if something is a yuko or a wazari and how hard it is for the scorekeeper to tell who got it.
